Congratulations on a great year and Welcome to the 8u -14U Nations Baseball 2012 Gulf Coast Ultimate World Series. Your host for this event will be AllStar Productions (www.aspsports.com) and it will be our goal to make sure that all players, coaches and fans have a positive memory of this event for the rest of their lives. Opening ceremonies for this years event will be on Pensacola Beach. The 2012 Nations Baseball Gulf Coast Ultimate World Series will be played July 18th - July 22nd in Pensacola Florida.
The 2012 Nations Baseball Gulf Coast Ultimate World Series is open to any team that is registered with Nations baseball. This event is limited to the first 24 teams in each age division. Teams will play a minimum of 5 games during the event. After pool play teams will be divided into divisions based on their pool play results. Each division then plays out to determine the tournament champion in that division.
Seeding for this event will be based on the number of Nations points accumulated during the season. The exact format for this event e.g., number of pools, number of teams in each pool, etc. will be set by the Tournament Director.
To guarantee your team a spot in the event, your registration form and entry fee in the amount of $595 should be made payable to AllStar Productions and mailed to ASP, 3295 Abel Avenue, Pace, Florida 32571.
All teams participating in The Nations Gulf Coast Ultimate World Series shall have photo copies of their original birth certificates in the possession of their team Managers at all times or have them loaded into the Nations system.
Bracket schedule will not be mailed out in advance. Official brackets will be given out to Team managers only during the Managers Meeting.
